Welcome
"As a guitarist, have you ever wanted to know more about the Spanish guitar ? ... how to evaluate and appraise the acoustics, workmanship, and woods of a fine instrument ... how a classical or flamenco guitar can have the quality of its sound and appearance improved, modified, or restored ... how fine instruments are handcrafted by luthiers. The Spanish Guitar Seminar, which is held in Cordoba, Spain once every two years, is a very unique and informative two-day program that answers these questions and more.
The next Seminar begins July 2nd, 2010, just prior to the Festival de la Guitarra de Cordoba (an international gathering of classical, flamenco, and jazz guitar enthusiasts and performers). As a guitar maker, collector, and fellow player I take great pleasure in welcoming anyone to the Spanish Guitar Seminar that shares a common and passionate interest in the instrument."
